Refund & Cancellation Policy

AtFORMULATIONS ANCIENNES, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy.

1.Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order, if not shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2.Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a wrong product
• The product is expired

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

3.Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable for:
Opened, used, or tampered products
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect address provided by customer
Products damaged due to improper handling by customer
